At PetalLoom, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade crochet flower bouquets. Because each item is meticulously handcrafted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at haiwjdidjcooaosisjxjkx@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at haiwjdidjcooaosisjxjkx@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
